Please keep in mind that these specs are only
approximations for stock applications. For instance if a Dana 44 can handle
35’s under a full-size rig, then under an s10 it is going to be able to
handle more due to less weight and power. It could very possibly handle 38’s
or bigger without a problem depending on your right foot. These recommended
sizes are also fairly modest and can be outdone, especially if you carry
spare parts.
