Gear For Your Hitch

Got a hitch receiver? You may want some of this stuff.

If you have a 2 inch hitch receiver like this one there are a few off-road products on the market that will be nice to have when on the trail.

For starters most tow straps will fit right in, and then all you need is a pin to hold it in place.

This is a D-ring that Warn makes. It is very strong and one of my favorites to use.

As you can see the strap fits right in and has no way to fall off.

This is the same kind of hook that you can mount to your frame, but its made to fit into the receiver.

It's not as strong as the D-ring, and strap can fall off, but it does work well.

A nice step made by Go-Rhino.

Now this has to be the best thing you can get for a hitch. The winch cradle. This one is made By SuperWinch. Most cradles will hold up to a 9000 pound winch.

Lets not forget about the front hitch receiver. This one is made by Warn for the front of the S10's and then I added some tabs for a tow bar. Some of you SFA guys will not be able to use this one because it uses the same bolt holes for your front leaf spring mount.
